In April Julie and I went on a cruise aboard Holland America's Oosterdam. We started in Vancouver, visited Victoria and Astoria and then finished off in Seattle, WA. We had a wonderful time. The background for this pic is Vancouver Harbour from the Lido Deck of the Oosterdam.

hi julie,
nice to see the very lovely pics of you and your family. don't know what prompted me to think of you this afternoon but thought to utilize the internet to see if you still lived in abbotsford; you do.
we have 8 children now; had 2 more children after we came back from australia in 1989. our youngest is 17. six of our children are married; and like you, we have 7 grandchildren. anyways, nice to see you and yours are thriving.
sometimes i reflect over the past 31 years of home education. the many home school moms that i have known and who have moved on. sometimes i have wondered what has happened to each of them.
when our 17 year old graduates in june 2014, that will be it. no more home schooling though he has been a dl student since grade 10. i plan to spend more time doing some things that i enjoy. very tired raising such a large family. time for our children to pick up the reigns.
i'm delighted though that you are doing well. good to see. take care. anne davis
